Dang sir you dont mess around when you Bench.. is that 210 on the bar??? I just started this new program. 1st week 50% 1set 100reps (goal straight through) 2ND wk 80% 3set 15reps 3rd wk heavy 5 to 6 sets .. We will see by July if this works .. however my bodies tell me yes already. LOL
