I talked to him and calmed in down, but I really don't want to get involved in his life, because I think there is a lot that I don't know. I was just a wreck when I came home. He called me this morning and said he was okay and that his girlfriend was with him. Funny buddy, I'm guess I am like a rabbit, their fast. I have to eat a lot though, I'm only 140-145 lbs. and running can really take weight off, so I eat good balanced meals, sometimes four times a day, and do protein drinks. This morning I had, two eggs, bacon, whole grain toast, orange juice, 4 kiwi's and a nanna 🍌 Just to give you an idea of how I take care of myself haha!

My banana's I got from Walmart are Dole's from Equador....I have let them turn yellow because they were green...all they had....picked too early because they are sort-of hard in the very middle...don't like it...about like biting into onion's...don't like them or pepper's either one biting into them! There is very little that I don't like to eat, I'm not fussy at all, but I can't stand mushrooms, just the smell of them cooking makes me want to vomit. I love a protein shake made with either spinich or kale, then I add fruits so you don't even taste the greens, but they are power foods. If I was near you I would take good care of you bud!!

You already do and we are a relatively far piece away. Dryland Fish (morrel's) are good! Never thought I'd like them...wild mushroom's that grow in the wood's...cut them in half, soak them to get the bug's out, dry them, roll them in corn meal and fry in Crisco Lard on both side's until crunchy...awesome...only mushroom I will eat!

I would try them cooked like that, but most restaurants put mushrooms in their dishes and their soft and smelly ick! I like fish, so that wouldn't be a problem for me. Wegman's is the best grocery store I have ever been too, its family owned and they specialize in their own products at reasonable prices. Its forty miles away from me, so I usually only go once a month.

I alway's loved biking and trail biking but since I got hurt I just hike and jog a bit. Afraid I'll get dizzy and lose control of my bike. I do ride it in flat area's.....like at Zane's with him in Bristol.
